As the Holiday season is quickly approaching, quality family time is near and memories with loved ones will soon be made; it’s what the months of November and December are all about! The Learning Tree also recognizes this as a time of giving.
Each year, The Learning Tree looks for an organization to partner with that allows us to supply necessary and wish list items to brighten the holiday season for children and their families. This year we are partnering with Children’s Hospital in Detroit on their annual Snowpile Event. This event offers families admitted to the hospital during the event the opportunity to choose gifts for all the children in their family. This amazing event is the highlight of their holiday season and impacts many patients and families, helping to create special memories during a season of their life that is difficult.
During this holiday season we are excited to partner with LT families to bless these families and ensure that the children have their BEST holiday yet!
We will be delivering these items personally on Friday, December 8th so they will have the items in time for their snowpile event and we cannot wait!
Since all 5 Learning Trees are partnering together, we have no doubt that we will be able to supply all of these items for these amazing families. We are so grateful to all LT families and employees for helping us make the holiday season so special for some deserving families!
